September Fun

Well, despite the fact that my new boss said it would be okay, I decided to cancel my vacation plans for late August. Thought it would be better on the nerves to not have the extra financial burden on top of the stress of learning a new job. Plus it would kind suck to start training and then leave for a week. I'll take some long weekends here and there, then maybe do an extended vactaion next spring/summer.

For September I've scored tickets to Wicked. Woohoo! Virtually impossible to do in Denver as they only booked it for 2 1/2 weeks. Also got tickets to see Tori Amos at Red Rocks! I've not had a chance to see a concert at Red Rocks yet, so I'm excited. :)

I had to do a report on Colorado back in 8th grade and I remember being totally fascinating with Red Rocks, dreamt of seeing a rock concert there.
