Those of you taking the What Yaoi Final Fantasy 8 Couple are You? test - some of the artwork there is darthneko's. They neither asked her permission to use the art nor gave her credit for the art. Her copyright was smudged off of it. They've also failed to reply to her e-mail on the matter.

It still amazes me that people don't bother to even ask before they take.

I hate that fanart, by virtue of some unvoiced collective agreement, gets treated as public domain by so many people. That's just--ugh.

It's very scary that people have so little common decency. And this is exactly why many fan artists stop posting anything to the net and only work with zines. . .
