Well, Nick said yesterday that he almost wants to vote straight republican. If every seat was filled with them, we can get it all over with and plunge into the darkest depth now rather than drag it all out. At least then we'd know there would have to be a sunrise.

It's pretty close to that. As most of you know by now the Republicans took the Senate. They already had the House and the Governor seats. So we have a Republican congress, a Republican president and a conservative Supreme Court. Fun, fun, fun.

I checked out the Ohio 17th district congressional race. James Traficant - from jail - received 15% of the vote. I wanted to cry. So we at least know that 15% of the population of the 17th district are complete dipshits. The Republican won the race, so we know the dipshit percentage is actually much higher. It's probably been 50 years since a Republican held that seat.

They said Bush made history with his massive campaigning for the GOP. And let's face it, who's more likely to be apathetic, Republican voters or Democrat voters? Dems, of course. And what big wig could campaign for them? Clinton? Christ. There's Jimmy Carter, but then how impressive is the endorsement of a one timer? And god, he's got the Nobel Peace Prize, we're in war time, we don't need no peacenik telling us how to vote!

Scary thing, the Dems were right - don't support the war and they won't get elected. Though it didn't matter - everyone knows that it's better to have Republicans in power during wartime because their foriegn policy is stronger. =P Dems during good times, GOP during bad times. Hello? Helloooooooo????
