I've been looking for a gluten free bakery for a while now, 'cause pizza and cranberry/orange scones are in dire need, folks. Dire. So around February I came across a website for a new GF bakery in DENVER! To open in March. Things were good. They were going to open an online AND onsite bakery. Ah, I was being spoiled! So I send off an inquiry and I signed up for the mailing list. Nothing. March came and went. Nothing. Went back in April - the site was still there, but with the old grand opening date. I sent another inquiry to see if they were still going to open. Nada. My hopes dashed, I thought it better to forget about it.

The, lo and behold TODAY I got an e-mail explaining they were going to now open July 1st. They were taking some special orders for people in the area, but they'll be ready to go both on site and online July 1st. WOOHOO! Back in business! So on July first I'm hosting a gluten free pizza party.

Deby's Gluten Free, Inc.

There's the site in case Denverites or Coloradians that need something like this are reading.

Might I suggest the purchasing of a bread machine, so that you may bake your own bread with the minimum of fuss? Gluton free flour is easily purchased, perhaps more so than gluton free bread products.

May I extend an invitation for you to join me at my new home? http://www.immortalsojourns.com/forum/index.php Your company would be most welcome, I assure you.

Well, it's not that I can't make my own bread so much as occassionally I like to send out for pizza or stop at a cafe and have coffee and a pastry. So it's nice to know if I'm dying for pizza after work I don't have to make my own, I can just pick it up. Though I've not had a GF pizza crust I've like yet, so it will be interesting to see if theirs is any good.

Thank you for the invite, I'll have a look around :)
