catscradle May. 31st, 2005 11:24 am)I've been looking for a gluten free bakery for a while now, 'cause pizza and cranberry/orange scones are in dire need, folks. Dire. So around February I came across a website for a new GF bakery in DENVER! To open in March. Things were good. They were going to open an online AND onsite bakery. Ah, I was being spoiled! So I send off an inquiry and I signed up for the mailing list. Nothing. March came and went. Nothing. Went back in April - the site was still there, but with the old grand opening date. I sent another inquiry to see if they were still going to open. Nada. My hopes dashed, I thought it better to forget about it.
The, lo and behold TODAY I got an e-mail explaining they were going to now open July 1st. They were taking some special orders for people in the area, but they'll be ready to go both on site and online July 1st. WOOHOO! Back in business! So on July first I'm hosting a gluten free pizza party.
