You know, I wasn't one of the people that blamed Ralph Nader for Bush winning the election in 2000. I still don't believe he's the reason we have Bush now. Bush lost the election to Gore. Bush is our appointed president and Gore is the one we elected. Bush is a thief. Bush is in office due to dishonesty. One can say that if Gore would have stood out more - if he and Bush didn't agree on just about everything they debated - if he represented something that was apart from the republican party - the election would not have been so close that it caused the trouble it did. In 2000, the vote was split down the middle about 50/50, because there WAS NO CHOICE. No one cared.

But now we know about Bush and all the war mongering and that he needs to go.

Nader, what the fuck are you doing? Your voice isn't needed right now. Dennis Kucinich has the vote of most of the Greens and Independents - and while he isn't going to win - and yes, he knows this - he's sticking in the race till the end so that certain issues don't die. HE IS YOUR VOICE, YOU ASS.

Excuse me while I go hit my head against things . . .

LOL! This whole thing is ridiculous. When they talk about..oh yes Bush is going to win again...HE DIDN'T WIN LAST TIME! And considering all his screw ups, I just don't see how he hasn't lost A LOT of votes. People who are unemployed (which includes myself at present) do not want to hear that the economy is just fine and dandy. Oh really? Just when are we going to see evidence of that? Hm? I loathe him.

I'm hoping just enough people are sick of him that he's tossed out on his ass with no questions asked this time. But I find it very disheartening when you have people that are really struggling in this economy to barely survive and still supporting this guy because "I think he's a good man." @_@

I just don't get this. And I really hope it's less people than I think.

Hmm, is it possible that he didn't do it because of egoism, but because he was cunningly pushed by conservatives? Or am I being too suspicious?

I don't even pretend to now why he's doing anything. :P
