Been watching this show the past few weeks and think I found an actually TV show I need to watch on a regular basis. Thank you, Bravo.

Favorite quotes come from Carson tonight "I need a ritalin smoothy so I can focus on this mess", "Somewhere there's a hooker that wants those boots back", and my favorite "'The old Tom never used to poison my drinks. . .'"

I SO want to see Carson/Emmett fics. They'd get along famously *g*

Off to watch the second episode of the night. . .

I adored that show! The rocker-guy's girlfriend came across as really bossy and unkind. :) Absolutely loved that the guy was so comfortable goofing around with Carson and all. :)

I got to see three or four episodes in a row over the weekend, and was really amused in general. :)

I've watched a couple episodes. I was surprised how much I enjoyed it but that guy CARSON needs to go! Speaking from a lot of experience, he is the kind of fag that really, really, REALLY bugs me. I kept watching it going, "If I got trapped in an elevator with him, I'd be crawling on his shoulders trying to reach the escape hatch!" LOL. All the other guys are great, Carson just does that whole dumb blond catty thing. Reminds me of the guys in Atlanta, very Southern queenish.

I adore Carson *g* I really like all of them, but I find Carson to be a sceam. I've had a few friends like him - the attitude and "queen" personality don't seem to bug me. I think the only gay/lesbian stereotype that bothers me is the butch-dyke-man-hater-i-worship-the-goddess-and-would-like-to-see-the-Handmaid's-Tale-done-in-reverse-LUG (Lesbian Until Graduation) type and the ultra snobby Wall Street gay guy - though I think I feel the same way about the ultra snobby Wall Street straight guy *g*

Huh. The two friends I watch it with boy just get the creeps from him. Just had too many experiences with ditzes like that. Or people who seem like ditzes. LOL. But it adds spice and appeal :)

i hate queer eye. i think it perpetuates myths of stereotypical bitchy fags when there is really such a variety of queers out there. they are so mean to the men on that show, i wonder...do you need to have serious self esteem issues to subject yourself to their cruel comments and total revision of your living space and lifestlye? plus, i wondered where they get all that money for the new shoes and couch and product and that's the key right there, the show is one big commercial.
