Weekend was nice. Saw Lord of the Rings for the third time and I'm still enjoying it. Aragorn is a babe, I don't care how greasy and sweat soaked his hair is. The new trailer for The Two Towers is out now, and it looks as though the second installment is going to be just as good as the first. I'm geek enough to be excited about that. Though I've always thought that TTT is about the most depressing book in the universe.

I still haven't seen Queen of the Damned - I hope I never do.

Movie choices from me:

Ocean's 11 - fun flick, Brad and George work well together and need to do lots of films together.

Muholland Drive - It's Lynch, 'nuff said.

Momento - Best suspense film made to date.

Hedwig and the Angry Inch - Needs to be experienced by everybody at least once. I own the DVD now. . .

Requiem for a Dream - Beautifully done, but seriously depressing. Same director of Pi, which is just as disturbing in a different way.

The Green Mile - Just saw this for the first time and I love it. I'm not a huge Stephen King fan, but I do like his non-horror books a LOT. If you liked the Shawshank Redemption, this is far better than that.

Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon - It's a fairytale, not much on plot, but very beautiful to watch and even humorous in places. I own this one too.

And because it's Monty Python appreciation month:
