The pictures could have been from some of the random people filming the event, the legal observers that show up at all protests, the Indy news media or the police themselves. My guess is the photos came from either the legal observers or the police (I did see one cop with a camera).
As for the media, yeah. It's being proven to me daily that the media is corporately owned =P
