I've got to admit, this is original vintage spam:
So let me see, the money is in my account in your country. You want me to move it to my country so I can give it to you? Further in the letter she claims she'll give me a 25% cut. But I'm thinking, if she can't leave the counrty and it's in my account, why should I give her anything at all? Will she send her cronnies after me if I cheat her? Who cares? With that sort of money I can hirer better cronnies.
I'll give points for an inventive plot, but the logic is pretty stupid. I'm assuming the person that wrote this wrote it for the purpose of humor. They're not asking for money and their target spam group seems to be individuals not corporations tied to Nigerian dictators.
Honestly, I've had no connection with Nigerian military dictators!
I am Hajia Maryam Abacha, widow of the Late Gen. Sani Abacha former Nigerian Military Head of State who died as a result of cardiac arrest.
The name of you company appeared in one of our directories as one of the companies my late husband wanted to do business with before he died. I therefore decided to contact you in confidence so that I can be able to move out the sum of US$35,760,000.00 (Thirty Five Million Seven hundred and Sixty Thousand U. S. Dollars) which was secretly defaced and seal in big metal box for security reasons in your account.
I personally therefore appeal to you for your urgent assistance to move this money into your country where I believe it will be safe since I cannot leave the country due to the restriction of movement imposed on me and members of my family by the Nigerian government.

I believe you are a foolish, naive American (if I am lucky, you're someone's well-to-do grandmother). I will say something that is confusing and implausible based upon my previous assumption. If I am lucky, you may be convinced that I can help you financially. (Haha.) If you are extremely foolish, you may actually imagine that you are helping me in some way. (I do know that some people - not me - become genuinely concerned with other people.) All of that is just a smoke screen, so let's get to the point. What're your bank account numbers? I have bills to pay.
Oh, and can you wash my car?
