Basically, I'd have a staff of writers who would choose a topic that they'd rant about either on a weekly or bi-weekly (twice a month) basis. I'm not looking for shrapnel ranting, but well thought out and articulated rants. It can be about anything, really. Rant on current affairs, religion, media, long lines for the bathroom at ball parks, just so long as the writing is clear and articulate.
The website will also host a bulletin board for the public to post to, links to articles and sites that relate to the rants of the week, and whatever else I think of in the meantime.
