I honestly didn't think Boulder had republicans, but there you go. I'd expect this in Colorado Springs where they tear gas you for participating in a democracy (No hyperbole, folks, I was there when the tear gas went a flying), but not Boulder. Not the place where old hippies go to die. Not the place where Stephen King huddled together the last vestige of hope for all good in this world (Stand fans, anyone?). Jesus, it's hard to even find a non-Vegan in Boulder, much less a Repulican. Boulder was our last best hope that Colorado could be turned back from the darkside and one day oust our Republican oppressors.

But no more. Just turn your commie-loving profs.

They have a T-Shirt with the GOP elephant on it that reads - that proudly reads - "Join us now. . . Or Work for us Later"

What the fuck? I mean, what the friggin fuck? If you think differenly from us, you're going to be at the bottom of the barrel licking the scum from our shoes. Are you with us? YOU BETTER BE WITH US!

The fact that it's spawned at all and that it's a serious, non-spoof, website, I find bizarre. But to find it in Boulder is just impossibly wrong. . . I think the only other place it'd be more crazy would be 1965 UC Berkeley. Invasion of the body snatchers? Insane troll logic waves? What? I don't get it.

I've actually never seen a Repulican T-Shirt worn in public, but I have seen "Bush is a Whore!" T-Shirts, so I guess that shows you which group has more backbone ;)
