Fingerprint scanner to ID school children:
Board votes to spend $700,000 on system, privacy advocates cry foul
1) I think they should ID the school lunch food BEFORE trying to ID the sudents. 2) If memory serves me right, I think those who COOK the school lunch should be the ones being fingerprinted. 3) Besides, couldn't the students just buy their fishstick surprise with cash and without ID? 4) Ashcroft has GOT to be behind this.
Some TV programmer guy was evil and played Stripes at 11pm last night. So I got about 4 hours of sleep because I had to watch it. Best Comedy of the 80s. Best line? Harold Ramis' reply to the Army recruiter when asked if he was homosexual. "No, we are not homosexual. But we are willing to learn." Bill's follow up of "Do we go to a special camp for that?" is a close second. Yes Bill, it's called Slash Camp. And though I haven't found it yet, I'm sure Stripes slash exists somewhere *shudder*
