In a mood

I'm kinda in a down mood today - I've got some work to get done, but I keep finding myself staring into my computer blankly. The mind is totally elsewhere. I wish it could be thinking of a good story to write, that'd be nice. Not a good time to go all zen. . .

I found another contest for short fic that's due the 15th of this month. I'm thinking of rewriting a story I wrote for my writing class last year. Couldn't hurt to spiff it up and send it in.
