And it's a good thing too, I've finally caught my naughty guinea pig, Glowbug, in the act of over turning his food bowl with malicious intent. It wasn't just tipping the bowl over to get at the food, oh no. No, Glowbug got behind the bowl and dumped it. Then he did some diabolical dance/spasm thing, I can only assume is some bizzare guinea pig custom that humans are too stupid to understand.
Anyway. Got phone, will travel. The internet is mine 24/7 if I choose. Now I've got to dig out my phone, but hey, that can wait. Got the 'puter up and running =)
Bit of sad news from the homefront. Dad broke his wrist. All in all, things could have been worse. I've had to go to the ER after he's fallen off ladder or got run over the foot by tow-motors - so this is the least of the accidents. Dad claims he's doing fine, though he's complaining about soap bars being too hard to use, so he's finally resorted to the liquid soap. You know,it's takes a tragedy before some of us embrace technology. I'll have to phone him that scientist are now saying to stay clear of the anti-bacteria soap.
I've got most of my Power Point presentation done for my Haunted New Orleans luncheon I'm giving at work this Halloween. We're shutting down the office for about 2 hours so I can tell ghost stories and everyone can pig out. I think the offices shut down once every two weeks for a few hours so we can stuff ourselves. Not a bad place to work.
And now I'm off to bed. . .
