Kentucky Voter Challengers

The Kentucky Republican party has decided this year to send 58 voter challengers to certain precincts. Perfectly legal. But here's the dirty details - they're sending all white challengers to predominately black neighborhoods where they statistically vote democrat. If you are challenged, you have to sign papers swearing that all information is true and then you get investigated. If you refuse to sign the papers, you cannot vote. They can challenge anyone they want, though in theory they're not suppose to challenge unless they actually suspect something. Only five of the challeger of the 58 selected even live near the precincts they will be going to.
