On the Subject of Pathetic People

Well it looks like gw-fan has a little troll on it. Someone registered as several different people and is having conversations with her/him self - as if the mods couldn't see the IP number. I've read a few books on the subject of multiple identities and the net - interesting phenomenon the schizophrenia that extists in cyberspace . . . but why do people do this with intent to cause problems? How sad can a person be? I've seen some weird things in other fandoms, but this is the only fandom I've been in where this problem is so prolific I've seen it on about 5 different lists now. Perhaps it's because the fandom is so huge, but damn there's a lot of problems with this group. . .
