By the powers vested to me as Dean for the day, I hereby declare July 2nd "UCOL - I SCREAM FOR ICE CREAM DAY!" Ice Cream for breakfast, ice cream for lunch, ice cream for snacks……….It’s in the freezer, enjoy.
