Apparenty attacking a country unprovoked and killing a bunch of civilians in the attemot to oust a man we put in power to begin with is civil. Making criticism of this policy is uncivil.
WASHINGTON (AP) -- President Bush on Sunday described as "uncivil" Sen. Edward Kennedy's remarks critical of the administration's policies in Iraq.
